I approach therapy collaboratively, believing that every individual I walk alongside is the expert of their own experience. My work is grounded in mindfulness-based and self-compassion models, and I view art therapy as expansive and full of possibility. Together, we can explore traditional art therapy approaches, including art-based assessments and studio materials such as drawing and painting, as well as other expressive forms like writing, photography, and movement.
It is very important to me to meet you where you are. I’ll guide you through creative prompts and reflections, and together we’ll explore what arises through imagery and conversation. My goal is to support you in discovering a form of expression that feels most comfortable, accessible, and meaningful to you.
50-minute sessions dedicated to your healing, growth, and personal exploration.
Together, we’ll explore which art forms resonate with you and which life experiences or challenges you’d like to focus on, and we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. It’s essential to me to meet you where you are—you may be goal-oriented and solution-focused, or you may need a space to explore with nonjudgment and curiosity, supported by a strong therapeutic alliance. Let’s get to know each other and give yourself the space to nurture your well-being.
Finding the right fit matters.
This brief call gives us a chance to connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if working together feels like a good match.
You’re welcome to ask anything — about my approach, what sessions might look like, or how I support clients navigating experiences similar to yours. It’s a low-pressure way to start building comfort and clarity before beginning the work.
My first session of the day begins at 8am and the last at 7pm (Eastern Standard Time). With weekend and evening availability, it’s important to me to work around your schedule and make sure therapy can be a priority for you.
